  • Therapy is a collaborative and trauma-informed process where we move at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we create space to explore emotions, patterns, experiences, and areas of healing with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. My goal is to help you feel seen, grounded, and supported as you move toward greater wholeness and restoration.

  • Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.

  • No. Faith integration is completely optional. If your faith is an important part of your healing journey, we can incorporate it into our work together in a way that feels supportive and meaningful for you.

  • I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor – Qualifying (CCC-Q) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and I offer virtual therapy services to clients across Canada where permitted by current provincial and territorial regulations. If you are located outside of British Columbia, feel free to reach out and we can explore whether virtual counselling services are available in your province.

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer, debit, Visa, or Mastercard. Direct billing may also be available for select insurance providers — feel free to inquire for more information.
