My work is deeply rooted in both personal and professional experiences with healing, trauma, and restoration.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—and I also know the importance of having safe spaces to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
I approach therapy through a compassionate, relational, and collaborative lens that honours each person’s unique story, experiences, and capacity for healing.
